We are only 400yds from the Irish Sea, we have small wind turbine can go off grid when it’s windy. It’s a quiet location but you will hear the crashing of the waves when it’s blowing a bit. Many guests go for a swim depending on sea conditions Guest access Guests have their own front door, the kitchen has stairs up to an en suite bedroom and steps down to a sitting room with door to rear of the property. You will have access to the garden and pond and use of a patio. Other things to note Annaside is a somewhat isolated location set between the Irish Sea and the Lakeland Mountains. It’s at the end of single track lane over a private bridge across the River Annas. Bootle village is about 2 miles where there is a general store and post office, Bootle station is also about 2 miles the train is the only public transport. The EV charger is just a13amp 3 pin outside socket, so you will need a granny charger to plug in. Please pay for what you use at £0.30 per kilowatt hour. The Granary isn’t suitable for children as there are stairs and stone steps and an unguarded wood burning stove.
